Your 30-Day Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be accepted, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email. Every return must be approved by our support team before it is sent back; items returned without approval may be refused.

Items We Can't Take Back

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards and digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

How to Send Something Back

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Receive your instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it using the prepaid label. Keep your drop-off receipt.
5. We inspect the item when it arrives at our warehouse.
6. We issue your refund.

Return Shipping Is Free

Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label, so sending it back costs you nothing.

When Your Refund Arrives

After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.

Where This Policy Applies

Leafandsproutwear sells only within the United States, and this policy covers orders delivered to US addresses. There is no fee to cancel an order before it enters processing or shipment.
