Every Leafandsproutwear order, whether it is a botanical tee, a garden sweatshirt, a canvas tote or a ceramic mug, is packed from in-stock inventory at our warehouse in the United States. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.

Where We Ship

We sell and ship within the United States only, to addresses in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept international orders. All items ship from our US warehouse; every product is in stock and ready to ship when you order.

Shipping Method and Cost

We offer one method, Standard Shipping, delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your address and package.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How Long Delivery Takes

Orders are delivered within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the date you place your order. This total already includes:

• Processing: up to 3 business days to check, pack and hand your order to the carrier.
• Transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; occasional delays can happen because of carrier issues, severe weather or holiday volume.

Following Your Package

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can also check the latest status anytime on our Track Order page by entering your order number.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you need to change your address, swap an item or cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are only possible before an order enters processing or shipment. There is no fee to cancel, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you. If a package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
